Starting strong
You know what to do and feel ready.
ATTENTION SUPPORT THAT LEARNS WITH YOU
NeuroFocus turns brain-signal patterns into timely, practical feedback—helping people with ADHD notice likely attention shifts, try a reset, and discover which strategies appear to work best for them.
◉ A self-awareness and performance tool—not ADHD treatment

THE PROBLEM ISN'T CARING
One minute you're working. The next, the page is still open—but your attention is somewhere else. By the time frustration arrives, it can feel like the session is already lost.
You know what to do and feel ready.
Attention changes, but it's easy to miss.
A brain-state change becomes self-blame.
A FEEDBACK LOOP FOR YOUR ATTENTION
NeuroFocus pairs an EEG-aware headset with a simple app. It does not read thoughts or diagnose ADHD. It looks for patterns in your own session data and turns them into a useful moment: maybe now is a good time to reset.
ONE LOOP, PERSONAL TO YOU
The headset reads EEG signals during a focus session. NeuroFocus looks for patterns that may indicate your attention is shifting.
When a likely shift appears, you get a gentle suggestion to pause and try one of several short reset methods.
After the reset, NeuroFocus compares the next focus period with your earlier session—so you can see what appeared to help.
Over time, your session history builds a personal picture of which strategies fit you best.

THERE ISN'T ONE PERFECT RESET
NeuroFocus is designed to help compare your own before-and-after session patterns—not hand everyone the same answer.
Try a short walk, stretch, or movement reset.
Use a guided breathing pattern to slow down.
Take a timed, low-stimulation break.
Test music, ambient sound, or quiet.
AMBITIOUS TECHNOLOGY, HONEST CLAIMS
Research on EEG neurofeedback for ADHD is mixed. Some studies report improvements, while more rigorous blinded reviews have not found evidence for current neurofeedback as a stand-alone ADHD treatment.
That's why NeuroFocus is positioned as an experimental attention-awareness and self-discovery tool. It does not diagnose ADHD, read thoughts, or replace evidence-based care.
